Everything here is published in good faith as a guide. Materials, finishes and specifications shown are indicative; the specification that governs an order is the one written into your quotation.
Natural stone
Stone is a natural material. Colour, veining, and the pattern of fossils, pits and shakes vary from block to block and even within one block. Samples show the character of a stone, not an exact match. Where an exact match matters we will reserve a specific block and say so in writing.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the drawings and dimensions supplied at the time. Changes to size, finish, quantity or setting-out may change the price.
Made to order
Pieces are cut, carved and assembled to your specification and are not held in stock. Once making has started an order cannot be cancelled or returned except for a defect in manufacture.
Delivery
Lead times quoted are working days from approval of drawings and receipt of deposit, and exclude shipping time. We are not liable for delays caused by freight, customs or force majeure.
